21 Point Productivity Analysis of Your Business Systems and Processes Via Zoom
Ellen will visit your workplace via Zoom to meet with team members you have selected. Five team members will have previously completed and submitted a Productivity Analysis Questionnaire.*
She will be looking for "what is working" along with "invisible" profitability leaks, inefficiencies in your business systems or processes areas where productivity could be improved.
You receive a findings report at a 30 minute meeting within 72 hours of her Zoom analysis.
Investment: $1,650/day per location. Quotes provided for larger organizations and/or additional locations.

Retainer Agreements
Retainer Agreements are available. They last a minimum of one year and are billed bi-annually in advance.
A Retainer Agreement can be entered into either before or after a Project is completed. It can also be set up without any Project commitment.
